possibly short work for someone who is familiar with QGIS plugins and
compatibility..
test environment is *QGIS 3.28* + python 3.10 + datacube 1.8.9 [1]
YOU can make a difference ! please forward or let me know how to find
the right people
update: this is work-in-progress to integrate Open Data Cube locally;
steps to test
* obtain and boot the project ISO image via the link below
* in a terminal,$cd gisvm/bin ; sudo ./install_datacube.sh ; source
~/.bashrc
* launch QGIS 3.28
* examine, build and install the Open Data Cube plugin, link above
