I am upgrading my plugin from 3.16.16 to 3.28.15. I installed 3.28.15 and I don't see the options to Add Circle, Add Rectangle, and Add Ellipse option in the Edit Menu. I see in the documentation:
https://docs.qgis.org/3.28/en/docs/user_manual/introduction/qgis_gui.html#edit that it is still part of the menu, though there are now submenues, so wondering why I don not see those options in the menu.
