I've installed 1.0preview from
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/jef-norbit/ubuntu hardy main
and have problems with many plugins.
An example:
Couldn't load plugin spatial_operations due an error when calling its
initGui() method

Found problems at loading with: spatial_operations, geoprocessing,
qgis_RGB, rasteralgebra, rasterinfo
Do I send the traceback info for all of them or is
this a known problem with this build for ubuntu 8.04?
Valuetool also gives an execution error:

Would these problems be solved if I compile myself from svn?
Do we have a date for the final version (and ubuntu binaries?)
