No, you don't need it :) This Table Manger version doesn't include the PostGIS export yet, so I'm removing the dependence. Wait few minutes and upgrade to the 0.1.4 please ;)

I installed version 0.1.4. Installation was successful but when I tryed to use it I got an error:
