Hi Andrea, check this http://linfiniti.com/2009/11/creating-dynamic-forms-a-new-feature-headed-for-qgis-1-4/ for creating a form to work with QGIS and that http://www.osgeo.org/pipermail/qgis-developer/2010-January/008731.html for some Python to use the form. Be sure you assign a layout to your QDialog in QtDesigner.
