I have never tested it on Windows. I usually compile it on Linux. I also
think it is better tested on Linux. For compiling it, you enable it with
ccmake.
Jürgen Fischer said that it is somehow already included in the OSGeo4W
installer on Windows, but I don't know how to enable/configure it. Maybe
Jürgen can provide some additional hints?
