Dear Moechlisin, You can try to set the language menu to English by select at fifth main menu (something like setting) and also fifth at drop down menu (something like options) then select seventh tab should be nation flag symbol then mark check box (like override system locale)
After that you need to exit and start the Qgis again, you will get English menu.
