Hello, I have a Garmin 62s. I have not been able to get Live GPS Tracking to
work.
I tested my unit, gpsmon indicates that gpsd is functioning properly (see
GPSMON OUTPUT below for screen output).
If I run qgis as root, I get a series of messages in my xterm window (see QGIS
XTERM OUTPUT).
However, when I attempt to create a live tracking connection in qgis via gpsd
(host: localhost, port: 2947, device /dev/ttyUSB0) no gps information is
displayed.
