thanks for all your informations about the combination of QGIS server and
csv-files.

I will try to use absolute paths or the solution with a XML "wrapper" then
as a workaround for now.

Tested it with a csv-file and there is indeed a bug in the server code.
Currently, QGIS server displays csv-files only if the project file is
set to absolute paths. I'm going to fill a ticket about that.
