My device is Samsung Galaxy Tab3 (SM-T211) with Android Version 4.1.2 Installing and running the QGIS installer worked smoothly, and finally I can start QGIS very well. However, I got problem when I made the QGIS android dev setup. My device cannot open http://files.kde.org/necessitas/installer/release/linux-online-necessitas-alpha4.1-sdk-installer, but my PC can.
