Hi, Is there a way to make/have/turn the Openlayer plugin basemap into offline.
I am only working on certain area on the map all the time, and don't have internet connection all the time, it would be nice to have the base in offline mode. Otherwise, I have to wait until I get internet connection again to continue work. Is there step by step guide/video somewhere on how to do this? Thanks. KLGan
