Dear all,

I received an approximate AOI (surface) cordinates in "DD MM SS" located in
Ceylan (Sri Lanka):

09°52’16”N 81°53’32”E
05°53’42”N 79°30’28”E
09°52’16”N 79°30’28”E
05°53’42”N 81°53’32”E

I would like import these coordinates into qgis in order to create a vector.
So i have converted those coordinates into decimal degrees. And i paste the
values in a csv file:

<http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/file/n5093720/SS_csv.jpg>

And i tried to import into qgis thanks to this tool :

<http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/file/n5093720/SS_csv_qgis.jpg>

But the vectors are located in Arctic! Why there is a location problem?

In advance, thank you.
