Hi, On the excellent 2.12 new feature: "Add circular string" (thanks sourcepole) is stated that: "Note again that you need to be using a data provider (e.g. PostGIS, GML or WFS) that supports curves." http://qgis.org/en/site/forusers/visualchangelog212/#digitising
But I can only use it with PostGIS 2.1 geometry type: "COMPOUNDCURVE", that doesn't accept lines (Linestring). I've tried it with MULTICURVE but QGIS returns a commit error: "PostGIS error while adding features: ERROR: Geometry type (CompoundCurve) does not match column type (MultiCurve)" Is it possible to use the "Add Circular String" QGIS 2.12 feature on a PostGIS 2.1 geom table that stores line and curve features? Thanks in advance, Cheers, -- Ricardo Pinho
