Hallo Jürgen,

I just tested the qgis-rel-dev with GRASS GIS 7.0.3RC2.
There the plugin is available and the functions which I tested work like a 
charm!

You mean "test: 7.0.3RC1-1" in setup.hint?  Yes, that would work.
