Hi, It's currently not possible to download the standalone installer, the error is:
Forbidden You don't have permission to access /qgis/win32/QGIS-OSGeo4W-2.14.1-1-Setup-x86_64.exe on this server. ------------------------------ Apache/2.2.16 (Debian) Server at download.osgeo.org Port 80 Downloading OSGeo4W (http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/osgeo4w-setup-x86.exe) works fine.
