Hi I use "Import into PostGIS" in a model to write a road network to PostGIS. However, the Swedish characters å/ä/ö are replaced with "�" in the attributes. The encoding in the tool is set to UTF-8. Any suggestions on how to handle this? Windows 10, QGIS 2.18.4, 64 bit.
