Hi Peter, 

You can find this setting in "Settings" --> "Options" --> "Processing"
--> "General" --> "Invalid features filtering". 

However, it is probably more advisable to fix the geometry errors, if it
is feasible. The "Geometry checker" core plugin can help with this task.
