Hi Joe, You need the link or web address for the WMS or WFS you are trying to access, all the links on the website you sent, is just a viewer. For example, we have a Web Map viewer at
https://www.floodinfo.ie/map/floodplans/ We do provide WMS, at a different address, most of these will end on wms? Or wfs? Depending on the service you are looking for You will have to contact helpd...@sidwellco.com<mailto:helpd...@sidwellco.com> and see do they have WMS or WFS links to the data you require.
