I apologize for bothering the list but I am struggling using the Mask Plugin.
I am using 3.6.0 and the mask plugin does not seem to enable. I would like to use the mask plugin to clip a basemap to a data frame I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but my issue persists Thank you in advance for any ideas and help that anyone can offer.
