I strongly agree, more than 1 year ago asked for translation to english to allow better review... but no power users reviewed the document, and we also were changing from 2.x to 3.x => that are some reason why it was never pushed forward.
Probably we need a porting to 3.x and someone translating and taking care to maintain it during the time in the documentation.
