Oh - that is too bad. Do you have any clue when GRASS will be supporting
GDAL3?
It is a pity now, because several organizations in Austria and
Switzerland shuffled up quite a bit of funds to be able to support
GeoPDF and now they can't use it, because the most popular platform of
QGIS (Windows) doesn't support it.
And packaging a version of QGIS without GRASS is probably not an option
either? Would probably be an extra burden for you on managing the
packages ... Andreas

That would be suprising.  The standalone is made from the same binaries.  And
as GRASS doesn't support GDAL3 yet, the main GDAL is stuck at 2.4.1 in OSGeo4W.

The QGIS nightlies however are built with the GDAL and PROJ nightlies.
