Hi, Can you please tell us which repositories are you using? Check "apt policy" for qgis/postgis related packages. The very first http address on the output is the repository you are using.
Try something like: apt policy postgresql apt policy postgresql-10-postgis-2.5 apt policy qgis Maybe you are mixing repositories.
