Hi Martin, in alternative to the working solution proposed by Bas, you could remove ";C:\Program Files\RStudio\bin" from the PATH string in the file qgis-bin-g7.env (for QGIS 3.14) which is in your %OSGEO4W_ROOT%\bin folder.
