Andrea, Thanks for your reply. I have downloaded "comtypes-1.1.11.zip" from the link below. Unzipped it. It resulted in several files and also folders. https://pypi.org/project/comtypes/#files
I have copied all these files from the unzipped folder and pasted in the following location on my computer. C:\Python27\ArcGIS10.6 Then, I ran the tool. I am getting the following error message. I am sorry I have no knowledge of python scripting.
