Your settings look correct to create an atlas BUT if the three lines are actually close together then they may still appear in each atlas page, depending on your map settings. You could try to reduce the margin around the feature. Another alternative, if the features are close together, is to maybe style the atlas feature in a different way so that its highlighted differently to the other line features.
