The Aurora needs (if used with the Q-Plane/M-plane and adapter from ATX > 
AT psu (I used to have one) IIRC they were pretty cheap as well

Most GOOD ATX cases do include AT Plates (eg. The Vascom (www.vasco.de 
IIRC) that I used had practically every cutout conceivable)

Yes they are indeed. I was using a PS/2 keyboard with my Aurora/superHermes 
(It was cheaper :-)

I remember you posting that (and I had a diagram somewhere) but since after 
that crash I lost everything could you send details again? (pins etc?)
