Hi Peter, that was mainly the point that Dave (Park) made in the ql-users list (esp. re: the Qx0 machines) and I agree with that.. it's too complex and totally restricts hardware development. However I was under the impression (or at least a lot of people on the list gave that impression to me) that you (or was it Claus) are licensed from TT to use/distribute SMSQ/E with your machines. So in any case you are not affected (if that is true). The only difference is that now you have the option of paying a smaller fee to TT (or not a fee at all if I understood it correctly) Phoebus
