Geoff, It is at least 7 or so yrs since my membership lapsed. I returned the S O form, if I remember they stopped taking from my bank, then I tried by credit card . Despite letters, requests, attempts by any means available, I have had no return contact. - I did try and try and try........ I have always supported the QL, and was most miffed by this and the quality of the 'management'
