My TexTIDy program should be able to convert between the QL and PC versions formats of these files. You run this conversion on the QL side before transferring them to PC disks (possibly using DiscOVER) for use on the PC. Also provided with TexTIDY is some documentation on the file formats covering both the PC and QL versions of the formats.
