In case you are all wondering about this Jochen sends his copies off 
from Holland and the ones that I send out - i.e. all the UK ones and 
most of the US ones - get sent to me by courier. I then have to put them 
in envelopes and, in this case, label and add the disks. This is usually 
2 days to a week after Jochen sends the EU ones out. All the copies I 
send out get sent at the same time from the same post office so any 
discrepancy in the time it takes to arrive is down to the postal system. 
Hope that explains why some get it earlier than others.
