I have one on my BBS but I bet it is on a website somewhere. Dilwyn's site is the first port of call. It can be *anywhere* in the boot file, but on my BBS it is a rom<n> file on Romdisq - ie loads before F1/F2. This means one can boot normally off hard disk.
