It's raining versions today.v.1.09 introduces a change: if there is an SMSQmulator.ini file in the install dir (fom where SMSQmulator was started) this is used instead of the one in the user's home dir (easier start from usb stick).
If there is no ini file (neither in the install dir nor in the home dir) a new one is created in the home (not the install) dir.
