Ha, this happens to me from time to time. I use Windows Live Mail (better known as Windows Half-Dead Mail). Eventually it "finds" them again, usually after a restart or some action I haven't identified yet which forces recalculation of the Unread, All etc folders.

Usually doesn't happen if the sender is in your address book or "white-listed".

Typical: spam gets through, legitimate emails don't.

The only mail (apart from the Simon Goodwin article) Isent was about the teleconferencing about 18:18 UK time.
