No. It's just that I leave the version numbering to Tony. So if I need
to make a new QPC-SMSQE version I just "count up the dot".

I think QPC2v2 really could solve your problem. You can try the
demo-version from http://www.deuschle.de/qpc/ if you want.

Slightly. The new features should be mentioned there. It might also
help to have a look at the version2.txt file from time to time, this
always mentions all changes made.
I need to completely rewrite the manual, though. It's awful.
