It is actually quite simple. In the file PFUnicode_c in the PROforma source,
there is a table which converts the QL charset to the unicode equivalents.
Then again, you can also indicate characters with their postscript name,
though I don't really know the Postscript name for the euro symbol (if
anybody can help on this one, it would be useful).

I will already modify the table to include the euro symbol, though we still
need to get it into the fonts.
