It could probably be shown in the main screen if enough people wanted me to change it, but most of my recent programs have shown the version number in the copyright screen. In case it's of any interest, the version number is taken from the config block (so always agrees with what is shown in Config or MenuConfig) using the BasConfig C_VERS$ extension. > I've used a directory name of 'T' for the Trash ... which seemed > sensible as a one letter directory is advised. I have a directory called T used for something else (temporary DOS/QDOS transfer files) and it seemed likely that NOBODY would use a normal directory called WIN1_*_ and it also made it harder to accidentally do something like WDEL WIN1_*_ in addition to the likelihood of no clashes with existing directory names, hence the original suggestion. But of course, that's why it's configurable, you can use whatever short name you want! -- Dilwyn Jones
