Can anyone point me to or give some step by step advice on how to implement a scroll bar in an applications window, to be manually controlled by the app window routines? I am interested in both how to setup the scroll bar in the initial definition, how to draw it, update it, info on sections, etc. I am working in c68 but could probably deal with assembly level information too.
