Peter has made a comment (in ql-developers) about the Q40 heatsink.
I guess he won't say it here, so here it is:
--------------------------------------------
since I recently had requests wether or not the CPU on the Q40 could
become too hot in long term operation, a short clarification:

The Q40 was designed to operate without CPU fan. This is well calculated
in theory and tested in practice. The heatsink provided by Qbranch is
sufficient to run the Q40 continuosly without any instabilities or
damage to the CPU, as long as the board is in a standard case (like
Minitower) under room temperature conditions.
