Santa is busy, that's why we do a premature Christmas delivery for him.
Time to get all these nifty little fixes and feature to the public. The
most prominent ones where done by Jörg Wunsch. He cleaned up the GPX/XML
mess and added filter features for tracks. It's now possible to weed out
track points and to make the track's timestamps anonymous for publishing
them.

Jörg also added route download for Garmin devices. That increased the
version number of the plugin system. In other words: Do not forget to
update GarminDev, too.

As usual the complete list of changes is attached at the end of this mail.
