Hi,

time to push a few more fixes and features to the public. The major
features are:

* using MapQuest for world wide routing
In the routing dialog you can select between OpenRouteService or
MapQuest. As MapQuest does not support world wide single line search
it's not in the search dialog.

I compared both services and had the impression that OpenRouteService
provides better results for pedestrian. But try it yourself. But anyway
MapQuest is world wide compared to ORS which is Europe only.

* add a user defined grid
A feature that has been requested during the last years. Now you can
overlay all you maps with your own definition of a grid.

* select waypoints by a radius.
Good to weed out Joe's Hüttenliste or your geocaches for you next trip.

And of course all the little changes and fixes. A bigger one of these
little changes is the new map category. Next to raster and vector maps
the new group is "streaming". So far only TMS maps are supported. I hope
we get native WMS support one day, too. Logically the "--- OSM ---"
entry is gone. The caveat: you have to add your TMS once again. Thus you
probably want so save the URLs.

That's it. Have fun!

Oliver
