Greetings!
On my computer I run Debian Squeeze and QLandKarte GT 0.18.5 as provided
by Debian. I'm trying to download from my Garmin Forerunner 205, but I'm
blocked by the following error:
Failed to download waypoints.
Forerunner205 Software Version 2.90

route protocol A201 D202 D110 D210
PVT protocol A800 D800
I get the same error when I try to download tracks or routes. I have
followed the instructions in http://www.gpsbabel.org/os/Linux_Hotplug.html
for Debian. After that, I found that my Forerunner appears on my computer
as /dev/bus/usb/005/003 which I have entered in Setup -> General -> Serial
Port. I have set the Type to whatGarmin. Please note that in the error
message above my Garmin is correctly identified as a Forerunner 205.
What is my mistake?
