Hello,

First of all, many thanks to Oliver (and others who contributed) for this great
software.

I have found a bug in the way QLandkarte GT handles timezones. I have been
using it under Windows 7 (Starter, if that matters), my timezone being Kyiv,
which is UTC+2 DST (i.e. UTC+3 at the moment). Every time I have a waypoint
recorded in UTC, when I save or export it, the time difference (i.e. 3 hours)
is added, but the time for the waipoint is still recorded as UTC.

Example:
I launch QLandkarte GT at something like 12:30 PM, create a waypoint called
Test, and save (via Save Geo Data) as Test.gpx.

In the file, it looks as follows:

 <wpt lon="35.05556488" lat="37.58774948">
  <time>2012-08-01T12:35:02Z</time>
  <name>Test</name>
  <sym>Blue Diamond</sym>
  <extensions>
   <ql:key>1343813702Test0</ql:key>
  </extensions>
 </wpt>

I open the file in QLandkarte GT and save via Save Geo Data. Now I have the
following in my Test.gpx file:

 <wpt lon="35.05556488" lat="37.58774948">
  <time>2012-08-01T15:35:02Z</time>
  <name>Test</name>
  <sym>Blue Diamond</sym>
  <extensions>
   <ql:key>1343813702Test0</ql:key>
  </extensions>
 </wpt>

Finally, I open the file again and Export Geo Data as Test_export.gpx. In that
file, the waypoint data are as follows:

 <wpt lon="35.05556488" lat="37.58774948">
  <time>2012-08-01T18:35:02Z</time>
  <name>Test</name>
  <sym>Blue Diamond</sym>
  <extensions>
   <ql:key>1343813702Test0</ql:key>
  </extensions>
 </wpt>

Any ideas?
