Doesn't seem to be that easy :( I loaded a .loc GeoCache file from geocaching.com. Then added some images to it, and uploaded that waypoint to the GPS. In the GeocachePhotos, the images were not added. Also the waypoint is not really detected as a GeoCache, its just a "normal" waypoint with a closed cache box symbol. I rememberd that CacheWolf allows me to export images as "Garmin Pictures" or something along the lines. It also allows me to export the Cache list as Pocket Query like GPX file, and also allows to save the images as Garmin images. Copying the results over to the GPS, the caches are recognized as such, and also there is a photo button below the cache description. When I download such Waypoints again from the GPS into QLGT, it downloads them fine, and also seem to recognize them as GeoCaches, and it can also associate the images to the caches too. Uploading those again to the GPS, all is fine, they are real Geocaches, and also the images are associated to them. But while testing, I downloaded the Waypoints, and then deleted the Garmin/GeocachePhotos directory. When this directory is missing, QLGT does not tell me that it is unable to upload the images. I made a second round, with the empty Garmin/GeocachePhotos directory in place and it just worked as expected. So, with the help of the GPX files from cache wolf, it works all well for me.
