Hi Albrecht,

the idea basic idea is to prevent sticky waypoints to pollute the 
device. As no device known to me uses an explicit ID to recognize a 
waypoint, a sticky waypoint would be in several GPX files and thus 
several times on your device.

That is why it's not exported. But you are right. To list it in the 
export dialog is very sloppy. Who is fixing it? Me? You?
