AIS (and other NMEA based signals) is supported in SeaClear, a freee,
but not open Source navigation program
(http://www.sping.com/seaclear/). You need preferably GIF images of
your maps, which you have to calibrate. It runs under Windows and,
with Wine, under Linux.
