just commented out is not enough in CDeviceGarminBulk.cpp line 40 and 44

That is one of those experiments that pushed me over the edge to start work
on QMapStack. But good to know that it miserably failed on BSD. Thus it's no
option for further development.
Looks like device detection will be a major PITA.
