Hi,

1) you load the GPX via File->Load Geo Data
2) Switch to the track tab (the one with the 2 dots). Right click on the
track and select "Edit"
3) Select the "Filter" tab and in the filter tab the "Profile" tab.
4) Apply the "Replace eleveation data" filter
