Good question. I cannot reproduce at will - and at the moment, not at all. It could be that it happens only for Wanderreitkarte, maybe when their sever is too busy, but I'm not sure. When it happens, waiting a longer time does not help, but restarting qms mostly gives me the missing tiles nearly instantly or only after a very short delay.
