Hi Rui,
ok, now I understand your problem. It's easy to fix. You minimized the splitter
view too much and it deflated completely. Switch to the track edit dialog as
usual.
Right at the bottom at the middle of the map view you should see a difference
in
the frame. If you move your mouse over this spot it should change to an up/down
cursor. If it does press the left mouse and move it up. By that the splitter
view will
open again.
