There doesn't appear to be a PPA for the Qt/KDE stack (which makes sense because its reverse dependency chain is huge), so you should really upgrade to bionic (it's the latest LTS after all). Alternatively you'll need to patch QMapShack to not use QtWebEngine, but since this is the intended replacement for QtWebKit by Qt upstream that's probably not worth the effort.
